1. Purpose

DishReply provides a SaaS solution designed to assist restaurateurs in managing Google Business Profile reviews via an automated WhatsApp interface using Artificial Intelligence.

2. Service Description

DishReply generates suggested responses to customer reviews. The user acknowledges that DishReply is a decision-support tool. The final validation and publication of any response remain the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Subscription & Payments

The service is billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any month started is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer dashboard.

4. Liability Limitation (AI Content)

"The user acknowledges that responses are suggested by an Artificial Intelligence. DishReply shall not be held liable for any inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful content generated by the AI. It is the user's duty to review every message before publication."

5. Intellectual Property

The DishReply name, logo, and software architecture are the exclusive property of ADRIEN JEAN-LUC POUZOLLES.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
